An indicative cost estimator for serious buyers considering building a new villa in Sotogrande. Calibrated against actual 2026 professional cost plans. The output is a considered range, not a quotation. Most buyers underestimate the gap between construction cost and the total cost of creating a home. This tool exists to surface that gap, honestly.
