The Role

I work with a small number of buyers, owners and developers across Sotogrande and the wider Costa del Sol, alongside Homerun Brokers.

My role is not simply to help clients buy or sell property. It is to help them make better decisions. Sometimes that means moving forward with confidence. Sometimes it means waiting. Sometimes it means deciding not to proceed at all. The right outcome is not always the transaction.

Two decades on the Costa del Sol have given me a working knowledge of the market across most price bands and most of the areas that matter. I have advised on family homes, second residences, development opportunities and properties at the upper end of the market, including significant transactions in the highest price bands. Much of the work that matters most happens quietly, before anything is listed.

Clients tend to be private buyers, owners considering a sale, developers shaping projects, and the professional intermediaries who introduce them. Engagements begin by introduction or considered approach. Most are kept private.

The aim is clarity, restraint and sound judgment in decisions where property carries both financial and personal weight, supported by the marketing reach and creative depth of one of the most distinctive teams on the coast.
